The photo op location where he's just hanging out on the street like normal people is in a block of houses called the musician's village (which should turn out beautifully if these two and such can somehow be kept away) new homes built in an old city park amidst a destroyed neighborhood, an intentional artist's community. He should have said, "Just a year ago all I could get the nerve to do was have my plane fly over this place and gawk out the window.. and now, a year later, I am able to walk around with common people like the governor, Fats Domino and the New Orleans Saints while the National Guard patrols the streets 24/7. See what shovelling hundreds of billions (!) of dollars into a bottomless hole can do!?" Lyndon Johnson went out in the city right after Betsy hit with a flashlight comforting people trapped in dark flooded attics.. speaking of history judging you 30 or 40 years down the line.
The pointless literary "grilling" is stupid, done awkwardly in the wrong place and time.
