Pinky Royale said...: You know, I've always had a problem with people cracking on Paris Hilton. I personally have no love for her, and I doubt I could cultivate any upon getting to know her. But her persistence on our national psyche isn't her fault. Blame the fucking magazines that perpetrate talentless hacks like herself who really do nothing of note. It's as if they're all just brown-nosing, vying for a place on her next guest list, a spot in her will. More than that, though, blame our fellow citizens who keep buying the magazine to read up on her newset exploits. BLame our Roman Coliseum society that worships the rich and talentless, waiting to see them fall, and fall hard, in front of oceans of paparazzi (SP?) so we can moch them, laugh, and keep the whole game going.
